Visiting the Cafe
The lead time for frozen products, cookies, and chilli sauce orders is 3-7 working days, depending on availability.
If you require your items earlier, feel free to WhatsApp us at 96999227 to check if ready stock is available in-store.
Yes, frozen products, cookies, and chilli sauces may be available in-store. However, availability may vary, so placing an order in advance is recommended.
Yes, we can customise the spicy level of our chilli sauces and frozen pre-cooked dishes, subject to a minimum order quantity.
Minimum order requirements are as follows:
• Chilli sauces: 10 bottles
• Frozen pre-cooked dishes: 4-8 packets, depending on the dish
Customised orders may require additional preparation time.
All our frozen products, sauces, and cookies are based on the same recipes we serve in our cafe.
All frozen items are prepared in-house and frozen to preserve freshness and convenience, so you can enjoy the same flavours at home.
If you would like to experience the dishes first, you are welcome to visit our cafe and try them freshly prepared before ordering online.
All frozen products should be kept frozen at -18°C or below until ready for use.
Once thawed, the products should not be refrozen and are best consumed within 2–3 days if kept refrigerated.
Please refer to the product packaging for detailed storage and cooking instructions.
Due to food safety reasons, frozen products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have left the store.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of collection, and we will assist you accordingly.
Frozen products may be suitable for travel if kept in insulated bags with ice packs.
However, customers should check the import regulations of the destination country before bringing food products across borders.
